Process for requesting tickets:

Exhibitor(s)s will need to send an email to accounting@anls.org with the following information – Exhibitor(s) name, address for shipping tickets, best phone number to be reached at, and number of tickets needed.

Process for unsold tickets:

Exhibitor(s) must return all monies collected and ticket stubs or unsold tickets to the ANLS office upon arrival to the Show or no later than 5:00 PM on December 30, 2017. The Exhibitor(s) will be responsible for any non-returned tickets and/or stubs.

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS-ELIGIBILITY: Entry purchaser, and anyone to whom an entry purchaser legally transfers an entry, must be either a business entity or an individual 21 years or older and a legal U.S. resident at time of entry purchase and be a resident of the state of Arizona. Purchaser must not be physically present in the state of Arizona at the time of transaction. Tickets may be purchased by phone at (602) 258-8568, online at www.anls.org, or in person. By law, raffle and any other purchases must be purchased with a separate check or charged to a credit card as separate transactions. Due to postal regulations, raffle ticket stubs cannot be returned by mail should tickets be purchased online or over the phone. Accordingly, and authorized representative from Arizona National shall complete the ticket by filling in the name, and phone number of purchaser. It is the responsibility of ticket purchaser to correctly provide contact information including name, and phone number so that they can be promptly contacted should they be deemed a winner. DRAWING Tickets will be sould at two price points: single tickets for $20 and 6 for $100. Arizona National assumes no responsibility for lost , late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible or non-delivered entries. Any mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and shall be immediately disqualified. All entries will be entered in the main drawing to be held at the Arizona National Livestock Show on December 31, 2017. Winner need not be present to win. Winner not present at time of drawing will be notified by phone and/or mail no later than January 1, 2018. Winner will need to physically pick up raffle prize, either at the event if present, or at the offices of the Arizona National Livestock Show, 1826 W. McDowell Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85007. Shipping may be arranged at the expense of the winner. Identification that matches the name on the winning raffle ticket will be required. PRIZE SPECIFIC INFO Winner will choose one (1) of the following prizes: WW Paul Scale 58SX (value of $2,000) OR Sullivan’s Aluminum Cadillac Chute with Chute Floor and light kit (value of $2,000). ADDITIONAL INFO: Items cannot be returned or exchanged from donor. TAX & IRS RULES: All proceeds benefit the Arizona National Livestock Show, a non-profit organization operating under paragraph 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and the laws of the State of Arizona. Winner shall be responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The IRS has taken the position that amounts paid for chances to participate in raffles, lotteries or similar programs are not gifts and, therefore, the price of the entry does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution or donation for income tax purposes.
