The open cattle show provides divisions for

- Mini Hereford
- Maine Anjou
- Red Angus
- Simmental
- All Other Breeds
- All Other Percentage Breeds
The winners of each breed then compete for Supreme Champion Bull, Supreme Champion Female, and Supreme Champion Cow-Calf of the show.
