VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

We invite your participation as a Volunteer during our annual event. Volunteer slots are available for a variety of ages and interests and generally are for four-hour shifts.
LIVESTOCK SHOW
The upcoming Show dates are December 28 through January 1.
- Arizona National Members Club - Bartenders and Food Servers
Friendly, versatile adult volunteers
- Farm Experience - Activity supervisors
Assist kids with interactive events Junior High School and older volunteers who enjoy working with kids Events may include Farmer for a Day, Milk Maker, Marshmallow Golf, Pedal Tractor Races and Roping Demonstrations
- Junior Auction - BBQ Servers and Auction Runners
High school or older needed to serve at BBQ
Approximate ages of 4th - 9th graders to run between clerks and buyers during Auction
- Collegiate Judging Contest - Runners and Clerical help
High School or College-age
- Junior Livestock Judging Contest - Animal Handlers and Packet assembly
High School or College-age with experience handling cattle and/or swine
High School or College-age to prepare Judging packets
HORSE SHOW
The horse show is held at Westworld in Scottsdale and runs from January 5 through January 9.
- AQHA Horse Show - General arena help and Runners
High School through College-age to help with Set-up and Working Cattle
Friendly and willing to do manual labor
High School through College-age to run paperwork between Office and Gatekeeper
