Contest Rules
- All contestant parents must sign a liability waiver.
- Contestant must remain in seat, be in full control and operate in a safe manner at all times.
- No parents allowed in the pedal tractor lane area.
- Registration opens 1 hour prior to performance and closes 15 minutes prior to each performance.
- The winner of each class will be determined by who can pedal the tractor down the track the farthest while pulling a weight transfer sled.
- Any misconduct will disqualify a contestant.
- A maximum of 10 entries per class will be accepted per performance.
- All contestants who compete receive a blue ribbon.
- Pulling order will be assigned at time of registration
- At least two entries per class or the class may be combined with another class.
- There will be no jerking at any time on the chain of the sled.
- At least one hand must be on the steering wheel of the tractor at all times. Forward motion is considered stopped when the sled pull chain becomes loose or the child cannot pull anymore, at the track official’s discretion.
- When any part of the tractor or sled touches the boundary line, the pull is done.
- Full pull contestants will return for a pull off.
- If the equipment should malfunction, the child gets a repull.
- All track officials decisions will be final.
- We reserve the right to stop an individual pull at our discretion if the possibility of injury is present.
- Children are required to wear shoes; no sandals or bare feet will be allowed.
- Each child gets 45 sec. time limit to pull.
Classes
- Class 1 4 and 5 year olds
- Class 2 6 and 7 year olds
- Class 3 8 and 9 year olds
- Class 4 10 and 11 year olds
- Class 5 12 year old
Awards
- All contestants receive a participation ribbon.
- Winner of each class receive a trophy.
Entries
Entries open an hour prior to each performance on December 29-31 in the Farm Experience at the Youth Pedal Tractor Pull area.

- Thursday, December 30 at 11:45 am
- Friday, December 31 at 11:45 am
