ENTRIES:
- Entry Fee is $20 and must be paid in CASH at time of entry.
- Entries are taken at the Main Office. Entries open at 8 am on December 27 and close 1 hour prior to each performance.
- A maximum of 30 entries will be accepted per performance.
- Riders can weigh no more than 50 pounds and will be weighed just prior to riding.
GENERAL RULES:
- All riders’ parents must sign a liability waiver.
- No riggings are allowed.
- Riders are allowed, but not required to use two hands during their ride.
- Western attire is recommended but not required. No spurs are allowed.
- The competition is overseen by a time keeper and two judges. Each judge will award a possible 50 points: 25 points for the sheep; 25 points for the rider. The rider will the highest score is the winner. Each ride is five seconds.
- No exhibition rides allowed at final competition.
- No parents allowed behind the Bucking Chutes.
- All riders must wear a safety helmet and have the option of wearing a protective vest. Helmet and vest are provided by the Arizona National Livestock Show.
PERFORMANCES:
- Li’l Buckaroo Rodeo performances will be open to 4, 5, and 6 year olds on a first come first serve basis, with a maximum of 30 contestants per performance.

FINALISTS:
- Top 2 places from each age, during each performance, will compete in the Li’l Buckaroo Finals.
